You pay the listed price once, upfront, in USD. There’s no per-seat meter and no overage line to discover later. Here’s roughly what the billing page shows.
01What exactly am I billed for?
The yearly price of your plan, and nothing else: $69 for Sketch, $209 for Studio, $419 for Atelier. No setup fee, no add-ons.
02When does the charge happen?
On the day you subscribe, then once every twelve months on that same date. We email a receipt each time.
03How do I cancel?
From the billing page, in a couple of clicks, no email required. Your plan keeps working until the year you paid for ends, then it stops renewing.
04Can I switch plans midway?
Yes. Moving up unlocks the new features right away. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal so you don’t lose features you’ve already paid for.
05What if I leave, what happens to my files?
Export your designs as PNG or JPG before the plan ends. After it ends, the kit and templates are no longer editable, so download what you need first.
06Something looks wrong on my invoice.
