Brand kits that stay pinned

your brand guidelines are a pdf nobody opens.

Cork keeps your logos, colors, fonts and templates in one living kit, then bakes the rules into every template. A non-designer can build an on-brand post in minutes, and nobody waits on an approval for something that already follows the rules.

Plans start at $69 a year. One catch: Cork only works if somebody decides the rules once. It won’t invent your brand for you.

Pinned by marketing teams who were tired of asking which logo file is the real one.

What Cork does

a kit is only a promise if the templates can’t break it. so in cork, they can’t.

The trade-off, said plainly: guardrails stop your newest intern from going rogue, and they stop your creative director too. A rule can be unlocked, but it takes an admin, and that’s on purpose.

01 / Living brand kit

change the color once. every design catches up.

Logos, colors and fonts live in one kit that every template reads from. Swap Russet for a deeper red and the posts, ads and flyers built on it refresh themselves, with a progress count so you know when it’s done.

The catch — an update republishes everywhere. Check the preview before you apply; version history is there if you regret it.

02 / Locked templates

drag, drop, and still can’t go off-brand.

Social posts and ads start from templates where the headline font, logo spacing and palette are locked. Photos, copy and captions stay open, so people get the freedom they actually need and nothing else.

The catch — locked means locked. Nobody “just tweaks” the logo, including you, unless you’re an admin.

03 / Mockup generator

your logo on a tote bag, before the tote bag exists.

Pick the surfaces, pick the kit colors, and Cork drops your artwork onto packaging, devices and apparel in one click. It’s for pitch decks and launch posts, not for sending to the printer.

The catch — the surface list is fixed. If you need a custom photoshoot, hire a photographer.

04 / Comments and approvals

feedback lives on the post, not in five email threads.

Comment right on the design, tag the person who can say yes, and approve in bulk when the queue gets long. On Atelier, approvals follow roles, so a post that needs compliance can’t skip compliance.

The catch — approvals add a step. That’s the point; it just stops being a meeting.

a library you can actually search

Every logo, photo and approved post gets tagged as it goes in, so “autumn label, horizontal” finds the file instead of a folder called Final_v7.

scheduled publishing

Studio and Atelier plans queue approved posts straight to your social channels. Sketch doesn’t; it exports files.

exports, plainly

Every plan exports PNG and JPG. That’s the whole list, and we’d rather you know now than discover it at 5 p.m. on launch day.

Getting set up

an afternoon of setup, and the boring part is the useful part

1

pin the kit

Upload the logo files, enter the hex codes, add the font files. If your brand folder is as tangled as most, budget an afternoon for this one.

2

lock the rules

Decide what’s fixed (logo spacing, palette, headline font) and what’s free (photos, copy, captions). Be strict at first. You can loosen it later, and you’ll rarely want to.

3

let everyone ship

Hand out seats. Social, sales and the intern all build from templates, send for approval and schedule. The designer reviews the exceptions instead of every post.

Works with your favorite tools

it plugs into wherever you already plan, store and send

Cork doesn’t ask you to move your whole stack. It connects to the places where campaigns already get scheduled, filed and tracked.

What teams say

three teams, three very specific reasons they stayed

we changed our red once in cork and every template caught up. nobody asked me to resend the logo pack all month.
Noor A., Head of Brand, Copperline
  • “Approvals live as comments on the post now. Legal leaves a note, I fix it, done. I’m not digging through three email threads anymore.”
    — Callum R., Social Lead, Wrenfield Comments and approvals
  • “Our interns can build a story ad without breaking the type rules, because the type rules are physically locked.”
